Advise sponsors and financial institutions on Luxembourg fund finance transactions, including subscription finance, NAV finance, hybrid facilities, credit agreements, security packages, and related documentation. Review fund documents, coordinate cross-border matters, manage client relationships, and support business development. The role requires Luxembourg legal qualification or Liste IV registration, 2–4 years of relevant fund finance experience, fluent English, strong French, and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Provide corporate tax advice to clients in Luxembourg, analyze legal and tax questions, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with international law firm offices. The role requires strong English and French communication, autonomy, organization, teamwork, and relevant Luxembourg corporate taxation experience. Responsibilities may include client secondments, international collaboration, and handling challenging tax matters from the outset.

Leads internal communications and employee engagement for the Luxembourg office, including newsletters, leadership messaging, intranet content, firmwide campaigns, and employee updates. Plans and delivers internal events, managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, venues, and communications. Advises senior stakeholders, supports selected external communications, coordinates with international corporate communications teams, and maintains communication plans, reporting, and operational processes.
