Lead end-to-end implementation of the GRAVTY loyalty platform for enterprise clients: gather requirements, configure solutions, manage integrations, run UAT and go-live, and provide post-production support. Act as a business consultant to define KPIs, translate needs into specs and user stories, enable users through training and demos, and liaise with Product, Engineering, QA and Delivery to drive adoption and product improvements.

As a Product Engineer intern, you'll manage the software development lifecycle, collaborating with teams to improve product features and performance.

Deliver reporting and analytics for enterprise loyalty programs: build and maintain BI dashboards, perform customer segmentation, retention/cohort and churn analyses, evaluate loyalty economics, consult with clients, collaborate with product/data engineering, and automate analytics workflows with clear documentation.
