Leads Loyal’s global regulatory strategy and operations across CMC and clinical development, from early-stage programs through approval and post-approval lifecycle management. Responsibilities include agency engagement, submission strategy, labeling, regulatory intelligence, CMC change management, compliance infrastructure, and building a high-performing regulatory organization. The role serves as the company’s primary regulatory authority and requires extensive pharmaceutical regulatory leadership, successful product approvals, and post-approval experience.

Lead consumer and veterinary marketing strategy for Loyal’s anticipated canine longevity drug launch. Build the marketing function, create a new category, develop positioning and communications for veterinary professionals and consumers, define pre-approval success metrics, prepare launch plans, grow awareness, and oversee company communications. The role also includes hiring and developing marketers, managing daily execution, promoting pipeline progress and partnerships, and establishing a credible, warm brand.

Lead preclinical statistical design and analysis across dose-response, mortality, aging biomarkers, PK/PD, survival, longitudinal data, and exploratory omics. Serve as the statistical lead for R&D programs, support clinical biostatistics and FDA/CVM strategy, develop reproducible reports, mentor statisticians, review methodologies, and improve statistical workflows. The role requires independent judgment in ambiguous research settings and collaboration with scientists, clinicians, and program leaders.
