Lead preclinical statistical design and analysis across dose-response, mortality, aging biomarkers, PK/PD, survival, longitudinal data, and exploratory omics. Serve as the statistical lead for R&D programs, support clinical biostatistics and FDA/CVM strategy, develop reproducible reports, mentor statisticians, review methodologies, and improve statistical workflows. The role requires independent judgment in ambiguous research settings and collaboration with scientists, clinicians, and program leaders.

Own and build Loyal’s FP&A function, including integrated financial modeling, clinical and CMC forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, variance reporting, board materials, and cash runway analysis. Serve as the finance partner to R&D, clinical operations, manufacturing, and executive leadership. Select and implement an FP&A platform, establish planning and reporting standards, support accounting close and audits, and scale the function as the company approaches commercial launch.

Lead FDA CVM regulatory strategy and clinical trial operations for veterinary longevity drugs. Own INADs and regulatory submissions, prepare FDA meeting materials, advise on study protocols, SAE reporting, labeling, and cross-functional regulatory risks. Manage and mentor 1-2 direct reports, maintain regulatory records, and serve as the internal FDA CVM subject matter expert throughout development and submission.
