Designs, administers, and optimizes Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructure. Responsibilities include cloud architecture, deployment, governance, security, monitoring, networking, identity administration, infrastructure as code, PowerShell automation, Microsoft 365 support, disaster recovery, incident response, and cost optimization. The role partners with security and infrastructure teams, participates in projects and migrations, responds to alerts, and joins a monthly on-call rotation.

Provides broad HR support across compliance, policies, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, HR systems, onboarding, recruiting operations, and process improvement. Maintains employment records, I-9 compliance, labor law postings, HRIS data, benefits processes, and required documentation. Supports employee and manager inquiries, audits, reporting, special projects, and cross-functional coordination with recruiting, payroll, finance, legal, and other stakeholders.
