Leads the end-to-end accounts payable function, overseeing invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment runs, cash-flow support, financial controls, audits, and month-end close. Manages and develops the purchase ledger team, ensures compliance, maintains supplier data, improves workflows, and supports the transition to an ERP-enabled shared service centre model.

The role also supports ERP implementation and the transition to a shared-service finance model while driving process improvements and maintaining strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.

Coordinate major project deliveries and collections by communicating with internal teams, drivers, contractors, and third-party providers. Resolve live delivery issues, document debriefs, escalate problems, maintain Microsoft Business Central data and project spreadsheets, monitor communication channels, and support the Operations Manager. The role includes out-of-hours and occasional weekend remote monitoring during the Christmas project period.
