Teams at Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI)

Leads operations across a portfolio of affordable and permanent supportive housing properties. Supervises property management, maintenance, and front desk teams; oversees occupancy, rent collection, budgets, contracts, compliance, maintenance, safety, reporting, and capital projects. Supports trauma-informed, harm-reduction resident services, conflict resolution, community engagement, property lease-ups, and organizational policy development. Requires collaboration with finance, compliance, supportive services, funders, and local stakeholders.

Provide case management to formerly homeless clients to secure permanent housing, conduct assessments, make referrals for mental health/substance use services, coordinate with community agencies, maintain client records and reports, organize community-building activities, and support shelter operations and advocacy efforts.
