Teams at Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI)

Monitor shelter activities and safety, assist participants with intake/exit paperwork, enforce guest policies, complete incident reports, perform light maintenance and cleaning, respond to emergencies, and communicate operational needs to management. Provide participant support, handle donations, follow PPE and training protocols, and document incidents and maintenance in the assigned system.

Provide case management to formerly homeless residents to support housing stability: intake assessments, individualized housing plans, crisis intervention, resource coordination, benefits assistance, community building, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community providers.
