Responsibilities include managing accounting operations, audits, budgets, and internal controls, while mentoring staff and providing financial support for property management.

Manages operations across multiple enhanced shelters, supervises staff and shelter managers, ensures participant safety, coordinates vendors and community partners, maintains rosters and supplies, handles intake and incidents, documents operational issues, responds to emergencies, and supports compliance, training, and program policies.

Provide on-site monitoring and support at a shelter: manage intake/exit paperwork, enforce guest policies, maintain safety, cleanliness, and basic maintenance, document incidents, respond to emergencies, assist participants, handle donations, and follow PPE and training protocols.
