Sell Lovesac furniture and guide customers through product selection, demonstrations, education, and purchase decisions. Build relationships, manage follow-ups, meet sales goals and KPIs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Support store operations including opening and closing, inventory, visual standards, promotions, safety, and furniture assembly. Work collaboratively, maintain brand standards, and handle customer and financial information responsibly.

Sells Lovesac furniture by engaging customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating products, closing sales, and following up to build loyalty. Requires flexibility for peak periods, strong communication and judgment, CRM usage, physical ability to handle furniture, and at least one year of retail or customer service experience.
