Provides customer-focused sales and product education in a Lovesac showroom. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing quotes and follow-up, closing sales, meeting KPIs, supporting store operations, maintaining inventory and visual standards, processing transactions, and representing the brand. The role requires weekend, holiday, and evening availability, technology and CRM use, occasional travel, furniture assembly, and moving items up to 75 pounds.

Sells Lovesac products, guides customers through product selection, builds relationships, follows up on quotes, and meets sales goals. Supports store operations including opening and closing, inventory, visual standards, promotions, safety, and brand policies. Uses CRM and store systems to enhance customer service and future outreach while contributing to an inclusive team environment.

Provides customer-focused sales and service in a Lovesac outlet, including product demonstrations, relationship building, quote follow-up, conversion, and meeting sales goals. Supports merchandising, inventory flow, fulfillment, shipments, technology, visual presentation, and store operations. Requires availability during peak periods, physical ability to handle and assemble furniture, and occasional travel to local stores, vendors, and meetings.
