Teams at Lovesac

Owns and optimizes Lovesac’s finance technology ecosystem, including NetSuite and related financial applications. Responsibilities include managing roadmaps and backlogs, gathering requirements, coordinating testing and releases, improving finance processes, supporting implementations, managing vendors, tracking KPIs, enabling users, and maintaining SOX controls and audit readiness. Partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and Enterprise Technology teams.

Supports monthly close activities through journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, balance sheet roll-forwards, prepaid expense and payroll accrual tracking. Assists with financial statements, SEC filing schedules, external audits, SOX controls, and process improvements. Requires strong accounting, analytical, organizational, communication, and Excel skills, with experience in general ledger accounting and a SOX-compliant environment. The role is remote within the United States and may require travel.

Leads consumer insights and research initiatives, translating customer experience data, market dynamics, cultural trends, and analytics into recommendations for brand, marketing, product, and business decisions. Develops customer journey maps, conducts qualitative and quantitative research, applies AI-enabled analysis, influences cross-functional teams, builds closed-loop feedback processes, presents decision-ready narratives, and manages research and vendor partnerships.
