Lead the long-term vision and roadmap for Trading OS, a technical platform supporting pricing, packaging, promotions, and availability. Partner with engineering, revenue management, and commercial teams to build APIs, tools, data models, and scalable capabilities. Drive experimentation, platform adoption, data quality, documentation, and measurable commercial outcomes while reducing engineering dependency and enabling safe, AI-assisted decision-making.

Own budgeting and forecasting activities, including Anaplan financial models and working-capital analysis. Manage daily cash operations, liquidity, investments, and 13-week cash-flow forecasts. Assess FX, counterparty, and interest-rate risk, while driving finance process automation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Commercial Finance, FP&A, Reporting, Finance Operations, and senior stakeholders to provide insights, improve controls, and support strategic decisions.

Execute and optimize loveholidays’ social media strategy across platforms. Create, film, present, edit, and publish video, photography, graphics, animation, and written content. Manage content calendars, communities, user-generated content, and influencer activity; monitor trends and social listening; analyze performance data; and provide recommendations to improve engagement, growth, and content effectiveness.

Build and optimize automated, multi-channel CRM journeys using Braze, branching logic, API triggers, real-time data, segmentation, personalization, and Liquid. Monitor campaign performance through Looker and related analytics tools, maintain reports, execute rigorous QA, and identify workflow automation opportunities using n8n and AI-assisted tools. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve lifecycle campaigns and customer experiences across international markets.

Leads the Revenue Management Centre of Excellence, shaping cross-market pricing, payment-plan, and cancellation strategies. Establishes commercial principles, policies, guardrails, playbooks, and operating rhythms; identifies structural growth opportunities; leads cross-functional initiatives and experiments; partners with Platform teams on scalable revenue-management and AI capabilities; and advises senior stakeholders using analytical and commercial insights.
