Manage complex construction and New York Labor Law defense cases from inception through resolution. Conduct and defend depositions, try cases, represent clients in court and settlement proceedings, collaborate on legal strategy and client communication, and mentor junior attorneys. The role requires independently handling high-value litigation and building a long-term career with the firm.

Own Minerva's inbound sales pipeline and full sales cycle from demo request to closed deal. Run discovery calls, deliver technical and business-facing demos of the API and identity graph, collaborate with engineering/data on scoping, match-rate tests, and POCs, and relay market feedback to shape product and roadmap.

Employer-side employment litigation role for a junior associate (1–4 years post-JD) to manage pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and case strategy in California state and federal courts, including wage-and-hour and class action matters. Requires strong writing, research, and independent case ownership; writing sample required.
