Directs accounting and financial reporting operations, including project accounting, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, audits, internal controls, cash management, and debt servicing. Leads the accounting team, improves financial processes, analyzes performance and variances, and provides management with reliable financial insights for decision-making, risk mitigation, and business planning.

Conducts EHS inspections, monitors contractor compliance, manages permit-to-work activities, supports training and toolbox talks, investigates incidents, reviews hazardous substances and SDSs, tracks corrective actions, and assists with safety improvement, industrial hygiene, and hazard assessment projects. The role also maintains safety equipment and communicates findings to clients and contractors.

Provide administrative support to construction project teams across bidding, implementation, and closeout. Maintain electronic files, reconcile tickets and receipts, process invoices, set up vendors/customers in Vista, export payroll from HeavyJob, enter purchase orders/subcontracts, process change orders, manage CTDOT reporting, track project documents, and coordinate with Accounting, Operations, and Office Services.

Lead day-to-day business development operations, manage and mentor the BD team, identify and pursue new market opportunities, prepare proposals and RFQs, build and retain client relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, conduct market/competitive analysis, report KPIs to leadership, represent the company at industry events, and participate in high-value negotiations to secure contracts.

Lead strategic business development to grow revenue with industrial, manufacturing, and EH&S clients. Build executive relationships, oversee lead generation, RFQ/RFPs, proposal development, mentor junior staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent the company at industry events.

Drive new client growth and strategic partnerships with industrial/manufacturing customers focused on environmental health & safety services. Generate leads, support RFQ/RFP submissions, coordinate with project teams, attend trade shows, and collaborate with division leadership to meet revenue goals.

Design and specify electrical systems (power, lighting, controls, communications, fire alarm, security) for industrial, educational, and commercial facilities; perform load, photometric, and generator sizing calculations; produce CAD/Revit drawings; conduct energy audits; and collaborate with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, wastewater, and energy teams.

Lead technical and construction oversight for environmental remediation projects. Manage field contractor performance, remedial system design, field sampling and investigations, data analysis, and technical reporting. Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare health and safety and QA/QC documentation while coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.

Process and analyze laser-scanned point clouds to create accurate digital twins and topographic surfaces. Generate 2D plans and 3D BIM models using Revit, Civil 3D, TopoDOT, and RiSCAN. Collaborate with design and construction teams, maintain QA, and integrate GIS/BIM data for site planning and construction monitoring.

Design and support industrial wastewater treatment and HVAC/plumbing systems: perform calculations, select equipment, produce AutoCAD/Revit drawings, conduct site visits, collect samples, oversee construction/commissioning, and prepare technical reports.

Manage day-to-day SUE field operations, coordinate with clients and office staff, oversee QA/QC, verify mapping accuracy, assist with estimating/proposals, and manage project schedules and timelines.
