Provide front-office administrative support: answer multi-line phones, prepare and format documents, coordinate meetings and mail distribution, maintain data and inventory, assist with transactional tasks, and perform general clerical duties to support departments and management.

Perform on-site EHS inspections, contractor oversight, permit-to-work verification (hot work, confined space, LOTO, fall protection), incident investigations, contractor audits, SDS tracking, training delivery, and safety improvement support across client sites.

Process and analyze laser-scanned point clouds to create accurate digital twins and topographic surfaces. Generate 2D plans and 3D BIM models using Revit, Civil 3D, TopoDOT, and RiSCAN. Lead day-to-day business development operations, manage and mentor the BD team, identify and pursue new markets and clients, prepare proposals and RFQs, build client relationships, conduct market analysis, report KPIs to senior leadership, represent the company at industry events, and participate in high-value contract negotiations.

Lead technical and construction oversight of environmental remediation projects: manage remedial system design and contractor performance, perform field sampling and oversight, evaluate remedial technologies, prepare technical reports and compliance documentation, organize project data, and ensure work meets CERCLA/RCRA and regulatory standards.

Design electrical systems for industrial, educational, and commercial facilities including power distribution, lighting, controls, communications, fire alarm, and security. Perform load calculations, photometrics, and generator sizing. Produce drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, conduct energy audits, and collaborate with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, wastewater, and energy teams to deliver integrated facility solutions.

Lead marketing campaign development and business development support by delivering data-driven insights, CRM reporting, and performance measurement. Conduct market and customer research, refine targeting with marketing team, present recommendations to leadership, and monitor revenue KPIs like ROI and conversion rates.

Lead pursuit of strategic business opportunities, build executive client relationships, drive revenue growth, oversee RFQ/RFP and proposals, mentor BD staff, coordinate cross-functional delivery, analyze markets, and represent the firm at industry events.

Lead business development to grow industrial and manufacturing client base (10% annual new-client growth target). Pursue leads, support RFQ/P submissions, attend trade shows, coordinate with project teams, research market and competition, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver environmental health & safety services.

Design and support industrial wastewater treatment and HVAC/plumbing systems: perform calculations, select equipment, produce AutoCAD/Revit drawings, conduct site visits, collect samples, oversee construction/commissioning, and prepare technical reports.

Manage day-to-day SUE field operations, coordinate with clients and office staff, oversee QA/QC, verify mapping accuracy, assist with estimating/proposals, and manage project schedules and timelines.
