Tenure-track Industrial and Organizational Psychology faculty member responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, advising students, conducting active research, mentoring students, and contributing to interdisciplinary collaborations with STEM disciplines. The role begins Fall 2026 and includes a nine-month academic appointment. Applicants must hold or be completing a doctorate in psychology with an Industrial/Organizational Psychology specialization.

Teach graphic design studio and seminar courses across BFA and MFA programs; advise and mentor students; sustain professional design practice or scholarly research; support recruitment, retention, curriculum development, program community, and university service. The role requires contemporary design expertise, collaborative practice, creative research, and participation in departmental and institutional activities.
