Teams at Louisiana State University

Performs accounts receivable audits, collections, invoicing, payment processing, financial aid reconciliation, and internal control support for a university. Communicates with students, customers, external agencies, the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, and internal departments. Assists with monthly reconciliations, cashiering, and accounting services while maintaining accurate documentation and resolving past-due balances.

Lead an internationally recognized, externally funded research program on the evolutionary biology of lichens, using collections-based research. Supervise graduate students, publish in highly ranked journals, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, mentor students, and provide scientific leadership on campus and beyond.

Manage LSU capital projects from concept through construction closeout. Oversee design consultants, track costs and schedules, process change orders and payments, ensure compliance with plans and University Design Standards, coordinate internal/external stakeholders, and support warranty and closeout activities. May require in-state travel.
