Administers Omnicell automated dispensing systems and controlled-substance workflows for a veterinary teaching hospital. Performs cycle counts, transaction audits, discrepancy resolution, inventory reconciliation, reporting, system troubleshooting, and staff training while ensuring DEA and Board of Pharmacy compliance. Supports pharmacy operations through prescription filling, sterile and non-sterile compounding, inventory management, stocking, and medication preparation. Requires an active Louisiana pharmacy technician license and CPhT credentials or equivalent education and experience.

Teaches undergraduate Communication Studies courses in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats; develops syllabi and instructional materials; evaluates student work; maintains office hours; mentors students; participates in committees and institutional meetings; contributes to curriculum development and professional development; and maintains current knowledge in the communication field.

Conduct research and algorithm development for federally funded multi-agent autonomy projects. Develop estimation, control, machine-learning, communication, and belief-management methods for agents operating under uncertainty and adversarial interference. Build reproducible POMDP and Dec-POMDP simulation environments, integrate computational components, evaluate methods through experiments, maintain research software and benchmarks, prepare publications and technical reports, and coordinate project activities with faculty and research personnel.
