Manages the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordination, hiring paperwork, and applicant tracking. Maintains employee records and HRIS data, partners with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, analyzes labor market trends, supports employer branding, and tracks recruitment metrics. The role also participates in career fairs and networking events, ensures employment-law compliance, and promotes a positive candidate and employee experience.

Coordinates organ donation cases from hospital referral through surgical recovery and post-recovery care. Evaluates donor medical records, manages deceased donors under established protocols, coordinates testing and transportation, communicates with hospitals, recovery teams, transplant centers, and donor families, and documents case information. Performs donor time-outs, verifies anatomy, packages and labels organs and tissues, supports post-mortem care, and follows UNOS and organizational protocols. The role requires full-time on-call work, extensive clinical coordination, travel, and maintaining relevant licensure and certifications.

Responsible for timely on-site response, assessment, and evaluation of potential organ donors; early identification and referral in hospitals; accessing EMR to validate suitability; educating and communicating with hospital staff and families; supporting donor families during rituals and procedures; participating in community and hospital education and maintaining required agency compliance and documentation. Weekend-focused 12-hour shifts.
