Facilitates Lean and Six Sigma process improvement, strategic planning, value stream analysis, data analysis, and transformational change initiatives. Advises leadership and process owners, leads improvement events, analyzes performance data, creates visualizations, and coaches employees on continuous improvement, change management, standard work, and problem-solving methodologies. Supports organizational strategy deployment and capability development across the agency.

Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and Chief Legal Officer, managing calendars, communications, travel, meetings, records, and confidential projects. Coordinates board and committee meetings, governance materials, minutes, onboarding, and follow-up. Supports legal administration by organizing contracts, legal documents, approvals, signatures, renewals, and confidential files. Requires strong judgment, discretion, executive communication, document management, and independent prioritization.

Provides front desk reception and foundational administrative support, including greeting visitors, routing calls, managing mail, coordinating meetings, maintaining schedules, preparing documentation, supporting executives, tracking forms, and assisting with events. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, organization, communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. It is a full-time, on-site position with occasional in-state travel and early or weekend event support.
