Leads the hotel's finance and accounting function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting operations, cash management, controls, audits, compliance, and asset stewardship. Serves as a strategic advisor to the General Manager and headquarters, provides financial guidance to department leaders, and manages the Finance and Accounting team. Partners across hotel operations to improve profitability, control costs, and support informed business decisions.

Provide administrative and sales support to Group Sales Directors/Managers, including Salesforce booking management, contract and deposit follow-up, rooming lists, proformas, expense reports, calendar management, sales collateral preparation, and cross-department coordination to ensure client needs are met.

Supervise accounting operations, ensure compliance with laws, prepare financial reports, manage payroll and accounts, and assist in budgeting.
