Supports full-cycle payroll and routine benefits administration, including employee transactions, payroll audits, reconciliations, deductions, enrollments, and year-end activities. Maintains accurate, confidential employee data across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems; responds to employee and manager inquiries; prepares reports; coordinates with Finance, HR, vendors, and employees; and assists with compliance, process improvements, open enrollment, and operational HR support.

Owns the enterprise data and analytics strategy, platforms, roadmap, governance, and delivery. Leads teams responsible for data engineering, reporting, visualization, advanced analytics, AI, low-code applications, and manufacturing IT. Partners with business, manufacturing, laboratory, quality, and IT stakeholders to deliver validated, secure, scalable solutions supporting biologics operations and digital transformation. Oversees vendors, governance, compliance, system integration, dashboards, data platforms, and continuous improvement while ensuring audit readiness and measurable business value.

Leads procurement excellence initiatives involving contract visibility, supplier performance, KPI dashboards, spend analysis, invoicing governance, savings tracking, and procurement process improvements. Coordinates sourcing, vendor setup, contract activities, supplier reviews, and cross-functional projects while using SAP, Ariba, Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI to support data-driven decisions and operational accountability in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
