Provides integrated case management for approximately 50–70 young Corpsmembers, including needs assessments, individualized service plans, referrals, crisis support, progress tracking, supportive service approvals, contract reporting, and case documentation. Collaborates with internal teams, community organizations, and government agencies to support education, employment, housing, healthcare, legal, and life-skills goals. Facilitates workshops and meetings while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and program requirements.

Lead after-school academic and enrichment activities, provide homework assistance and mentoring, recruit and maintain student participation, track attendance and plans in the BTB App, complete reports and timecards, comply with program policies, and support site supervision and community events.
