Owner of end-to-end recruiting for a portfolio of roles across EMEA & APAC. Run full-cycle hiring, source actively (LinkedIn, Kula), conduct structured screens, lead kickoff meetings, manage offers including comp benchmarking and ESOP explanations, and improve talent processes and interview standards.

Own and grow post-sale enterprise client relationships in APAC, driving product adoption, account expansion (products, currencies, corridors), and strategic account plans. Act as trusted advisor on payments, FX, settlement and cross-border flows, run business reviews, collaborate with CSMs, Implementation, Operations, Product and Engineering to ensure onboarding, resolve issues, and inform roadmap.

Build and maintain high‑reliability backend services for clearing and payments. Design APIs and domain logic, ensure scalability, observability, security and compliance, participate in on‑call and incident response, write comprehensive tests, and collaborate with Product and Cross‑functional teams to deliver production systems.
