Provides direct nursing care to skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents under RN supervision. Administers medications and treatments, monitors and documents patient conditions, collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams, and follows state regulations and quality standards. The role requires a valid Maryland LPN license, BLS certification, weekend availability, and the ability to lift, push, and pull 25–50 pounds.

Provides direct patient care in a skilled nursing and assisted living community under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Administers medications and follows facility policies and procedures. Requires a valid CMT license, CPR and First Aid certification, physical ability to lift, push, and pull 25–50 pounds, and every-other-weekend availability. CNA certification is preferred.

Provides direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision, administers medications and treatments, monitors and documents resident conditions, collaborates with care teams, and follows state regulations and quality standards. The role requires a Maryland LPN license, BLS certification, compassionate patient-focused care, teamwork, safe lifting ability, and every-other-weekend availability. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
