Manages insurance verification, patient billing, claims submission, denied-claim resolution, payment processing, authorizations, and receivables follow-up for a clinical practice. Doctoral-level practicum placing students in psychological assessment or advanced psychotherapy. Responsibilities include administering/scoring tests, report writing, supervision, case consultation, documentation, and direct client services (ages 6+). Assessment track requires on-site attendance at the Minnetonka clinic and focuses on diagnoses like ADHD, learning disabilities, ASD, mood disorders, and diagnostic clarification.

Lead a two-year post-master's fellowship cohort to independent licensure by designing and delivering seminar curriculum, coordinating supervision operations, maintaining curricular coherence with the practicum program, making advancement/remediation decisions, providing administrative supervision, and carrying a bounded clinical caseload. Collaborate with clinic leadership and operational staff to ensure supervision quality and training infrastructure across community-based clinic sites.

Provide clinic-based outpatient psychiatry including evaluations, medication management, and interdisciplinary collaboration with psychologists, psychotherapists, and PMHNPs. Optional teaching/supervision opportunities; work within a clinician-led, reflective practice model with administrative support and a modern EHR.

Lead a single clinic site integrating outpatient psychotherapy and an IOP: carry a partial clinical caseload, supervise licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, run reflective team space, anchor IOP clinical quality, manage operations (scheduling, performance, compliance), and protect clinical integrity and family/systemic treatment models.
