Manage and supervise daily front desk operations, deliver warm personalized guest service, brief and lead shifts, coordinate with departments, anticipate guest needs, and support team during busy periods to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Lead the hotel Engineering team to ensure safe, efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and life‑safety systems. Oversee daily maintenance, preventive programs, inspections, records, inventory, budgets, and regulatory compliance. Train and mentor staff, respond to complex maintenance issues and guest requests, support projects, and act for the Chief Engineer when needed.

Support the Director of Finance in hotel financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, internal controls, audits, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, accruals, inventory controls, and financial analysis. Partner with department leaders to drive cost control, approve disbursements, oversee contracts and insurance documentation, and assist in finance team management and development.
