Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute hotel goods while maintaining accurate stock levels and records. Manage purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and inventory administration in Birchstreet. Support stock counts, follow HACCP and FIFO standards, report delivery discrepancies, and keep storage areas clean, safe, and organized. Support the Director of Finance in hotel financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, internal controls, audits, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, accruals, inventory controls, and financial analysis. Partner with department leaders to drive cost control, approve disbursements, oversee contracts and insurance documentation, and assist in finance team management and development.
