Lore (formerly Prysm) is a Web3 co-ownership platform for communities and squads. It lets groups pool funds, collect NFTs and manage digital assets together in a shared vault built on Gnosis Safe. The platform supports the full lifecycle of collective ownership, including fundraising, member management, equity tracking, coordinated transactions, member exits and distributions, while also enabling NFT and broader Web3 transactions through its interface.
