Design, implement, and test features across SSP, adserver, and exchange products. Migrate core platform components from Scala to Java, troubleshoot high-availability systems, collaborate across engineering and operations, lead technical discussions, improve development processes, and use AI tools to increase productivity.

Own technical relationships with demand partners, managing integrations from onboarding through troubleshooting, optimization, testing, and launch validation. Diagnose OpenRTB, VAST, MRAID, SDK, and reporting issues; use SQL and Kibana to identify revenue-impacting problems. Collaborate with Account Managers, product, and engineering teams to resolve bugs, translate client feedback, and improve platform performance. Maintain integration documentation, guides, and runbooks.

Manage a portfolio of advertiser and agency clients to ensure campaign delivery, optimize performance, provide strategic analysis and recommendations, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Coordinate with Sales, Campaign Operations, Product, and Data Science, lead kickoff and post-campaign reviews, and escalate product or supply issues to drive retention and account growth.
