The role connects product, CRM, email, analytics, and advertising systems while supporting lead enrichment, personalized outreach, attribution, funnel reporting, and internal documentation. Success requires strong automation, coding, API, SQL, CRM, and LLM workflow skills.

Own LoopCV’s end-to-end growth engine, driving acquisition, activation, paid conversion, and retention. Run rapid experiments across landing pages, onboarding, pricing, paid channels, SEO, lifecycle messaging, referrals, and creator partnerships. Manage attribution, analytics, funnel dashboards, A/B testing, and weekly growth reporting. The role requires hands-on performance marketing, CRO, analytics, automation, and experience growing B2C SaaS or subscription products, preferably for the US market.

Prepare cash flow reports, track expenses, process invoices, monitor employee absences, manage administrative tasks, submit grant applications, coordinate travel arrangements, and research tax treatment for award and prize money. The role requires financial organization, compliance awareness, spreadsheet proficiency, and fluency in Greek and English.
