The role requires strong visual storytelling, graphic design, motion design, and animation skills, along with proficiency in After Effects, Blender, Unity, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Develop and maintain mobile game features, items, and levels using Unity and C#. Collaborate with art and development teams, write clean and testable code, participate in code reviews, and support continuous integration. Design scalable systems that improve player engagement, retention, and satisfaction while contributing to ongoing game updates and user experience enhancements.

Supports mobile game product strategy by analyzing player behavior, market trends, competitor insights, and feedback. Collaborates with artists, engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout game development, from concept through launch and continuous improvement. Helps prioritize features, improve engagement, ensure quality and timely delivery, and generate innovative game ideas using data-driven and creative thinking.
