Support the Chief of Staff on cross-functional business operations: coordinate projects, maintain plans and KPIs, manage onboarding/offboarding, run office and vendor logistics, organize events, and assist with scheduling and special projects.

Own and scale end-to-end payment operations: execute settlements, investigate exceptions, run three-way reconciliations, manage chargebacks, forecast liquidity, build SOPs and controls, automate manual workflows with Engineering/Data, produce operational reporting, and act as primary contact for banking and processor partners.
