Build and own full-stack features for a cross-border banking platform, including React interfaces, backend services, APIs, payment integrations, ledgers, and financial systems. Improve scalability, security, performance, monitoring, testing, and reliability while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams. Contribute to architecture, code reviews, technical decisions, mentoring, and production troubleshooting in an onsite Toronto startup environment.

The Risk Operations Lead will manage KYC/B, AML, transaction monitoring, credit risk, and collections, enhancing risk functions and leading the team.

Partner with the Chief of Staff on cross-functional BizOps work: investor materials and financial models, product/technical prototypes and SQL analysis, commercial/legal due diligence and vendor negotiation, project management, and office operations to keep the Toronto office running smoothly.
