Design and deploy vision and robotics systems for automated wire-harness production. Build perception pipelines (classical CV and/or ML), perform camera/hand-eye calibration, develop and tune robot motion for pick/place, routing, insertion, and termination, and deploy and harden systems on the production floor. Collaborate with mechanical, controls, and production teams to improve cycle time, yield, and reliability.

Build end-to-end software for an automated wire-harness factory: instant quoting, data models for harnesses, production/MES systems, integrations with machines and test equipment, and data pipelines to keep quoting, production, inventory, and procurement in sync. Ship full-stack features, work with production and customers, and own quality and reliability.

Build and run the company's go-to-market: create positioning and messaging, own demand generation (outbound, content, events, partnerships), run full sales cycle from qualification to close, build CRM and forecasting, coach/hire GTM reps, and turn founder-led sales into a repeatable engine.

Design end-to-end production machines: mechanisms, end effectors, fixtures, and tooling in Onshape. Prototype with 3D printing and machining, integrate motion, actuators, controls, and vision, then bring machines to production, measure cycle time and reliability, and iterate to improve performance and manufacturability.
