Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential solar prospects, qualify leads, explain rooftop solar and PM Surya Ghar benefits, schedule site surveys, handle objections, support conversions, coordinate through installation, and maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up reports.

Designs complete solar PV, BESS, inverter, battery, and grid-connected energy systems. Responsibilities include system architecture, electrical sizing, power conversion, BMS and EMS integration, thermal management, safety and protection design, simulations, and product development support from requirements through production and deployment.

Leads national talent acquisition strategy and high-volume hiring across sales, manufacturing, engineering, service, supply chain, finance, technology, and corporate functions. Builds distributed recruitment teams, talent pipelines, campus programs, recruitment technology, agency partnerships, employer branding, and hiring analytics. Owns hiring targets, recruiter productivity, offer-to-joining rates, retention, cost per hire, candidate experience, and critical-position closure.
