Design, architect, implement, and validate embedded real-time software for MW-scale grid-connected converters/inverters. Implement control algorithms, state machines, fault handling, communications (CAN, EtherCAT, SPI, UART), and support SIL/HIL validation, prototype bring-up, commissioning, and field testing. Collaborate with system, control, hardware, and test teams and mentor junior engineers.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks across frontend (30%) and backend (70%). Plan and execute integration, system, E2E, UAT, and performance testing; collaborate with developers; mentor teammates; run tool evaluations/POCs; and drive improvements in testing strategy and CI/CD pipelines.

Build and scale developer-focused products and tooling using React and Electron; prototype quickly, contribute to open-source and community growth, work in a small cross-functional team, integrate with Kubernetes and cloud services, consume and design APIs (OpenAPI/GraphQL), and follow Git/GitOps, CI/CD and agile workflows.
