Own SAP HCM and SuccessFactors operations, integrations, support, authorizations, testing, and improvements while serving as the local SAP FI/CO contact. The consultant will collaborate with business users, central IT, vendors, and global teams; support S/4HANA rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and digitalization projects; troubleshoot interfaces and manage change processes. Strong SAP HCM or SuccessFactors experience is required, with opportunities to develop FI/CO expertise.
