Provides front-line customer service and supports bank branch operations by processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, account maintenance, and digital banking requests. Balances teller drawers, manages cash controls, supports ATM and safe deposit operations, completes reports and documentation, and assists with wires. Educates customers about products, identifies referral opportunities, supports staff training, and follows BSA/AML and other regulatory requirements.
