Provides organizational change management and technology adoption consulting for Microsoft 365 implementations. Responsibilities include assessing user impacts, gathering requirements, developing governance, communication, training, and adoption plans, creating role-based training materials, delivering user sessions, monitoring adoption, and partnering with technical teams and clients to ensure successful technology rollouts.

Lead multiple complex IT infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, resources, dependencies, governance, communications, and quality. Partner with clients, executives, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to develop strategies, report progress, realize business value, and deliver technology solutions. Projects include network, virtualization, database, server, and storage infrastructure upgrades using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Own territory revenue growth and customer satisfaction while developing long-term IT client relationships. Prospect, qualify, and close net-new business; manage the full sales funnel; identify technology opportunities; present solutions; and lead proposals with delivery teams. The role requires consultative selling of integrated IT services, account expansion and retention, partner-led sales knowledge, and ongoing manufacturer certification training.
