Lead multiple large-scale ERP and Dynamics 365 technology programs: create plans, schedules, risk analysis, manage vendors and integrations, align stakeholders and execs, drive go‑lives, measure outcomes, and ensure projects deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.

Provide client-focused deskside support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Troubleshoot and resolve end-user tickets, install applications and peripherals, monitor desktop performance, customize applications, and support Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux/Mac, AD/Azure AD, VPN/Citrix, and device management tools.

The Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee IT projects, advise clients on IT optimizations, and identify growth opportunities within accounts.
