Design digital, print, and marketing materials for ministry audiences. Develop layouts, typography, photography direction, mood boards, pitches, and cohesive brand assets across media. Conduct market research, collaborate with creative and strategy teams, respond to feedback, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while anticipating ministry needs and communicating with internal and external partners.

Lead and shepherd the children’s ministry team through coaching, recruitment, training, and leadership development. Collaborate on family ministry vision and strategy, oversee children’s programs and events, build relationships with parents, manage the ministry budget, and maintain operational compliance. The role requires strong organization, judgment, communication, flexibility, and a personal commitment to Jesus Christ.

Manages church-wide communications across social media, websites, mobile applications, advertising, campaigns, branding, crisis communications, and other channels. Develops audience-focused messaging, oversees content and communication consistency, protects organizational voice, and supports giving campaigns and special initiatives. Collaborates with creative and ministry leaders on major projects while monitoring social media trends and analytics.

Supports church missions through social media, email, and church-wide communications that mobilize members. Provides administrative and logistical support to the Missions Team, coordinates ministry processes across campuses, and serves as the administrative contact for Hispanic, Marketplace, Deaf, and other missional initiatives. The role requires strong organization, communication, relationship-building, project coordination, and a commitment to Christian ministry, outreach, volunteer mobilization, crisis care, and disciple-making.
