Teams at Lone Star Bakery, Inc.

Package, unload, and assemble production goods; transfer work-in-process; inspect goods and packaging; maintain a clean work area; report production issues to supervisors; perform other assigned production duties.

Lead bakery R&D by defining technical strategy and product roadmaps, manage R&D team, create formulas, oversee lab and equipment, coordinate with QA/Production/Purchasing/Sales, present products to customers, and drive process improvement and new product development.

Supervise day or night bakery production lines: enforce food safety and procedures, train and manage staff, ensure correct materials, formulas, packaging, inventory tracking, production documentation, and maintain product quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.
