Manage fundraising for Woodrow, targeting approximately £250,000 annually. Responsibilities include researching prospects, maintaining funding pipelines, developing grant and corporate proposals, stewarding funders, organising cultivation and volunteering events, reporting to supporters, and building local corporate partnerships. The role collaborates with fundraising and centre leadership, represents Woodrow to prospective funders, and supports strategic objectives benefiting children and young people.

Manage Hindleap’s fundraising strategy and pipeline to secure approximately £250,000 annually. Develop grant and corporate proposals, steward existing supporters, cultivate new relationships, organize fundraising and corporate volunteering events, and report on progress and funding outcomes. The role collaborates with central fundraising and centre teams, engages local communities and corporate partners, hosts cultivation activities, and supports funding aligned with Hindleap’s strategic plans and youth-focused mission.

Administer and improve Salesforce NPSP and Experience Cloud, including configuration, user permissions, automation, data quality, reporting, testing, release support, and troubleshooting. Gather business requirements, coordinate with external developers, provide user support and training, maintain documentation, and support data analysis using Salesforce reports, Power BI, Excel, or Tableau. The role also promotes user adoption, governance, continuous improvement, and effective CRM use across the organization.
