Manage London office premises and operations, coordinating with corporate services, building managers and suppliers. Ensure safety, maintenance, contracts, invoicing, reception standards, document archiving, and compliance. Supervise renovation/relocation projects and handle internal customer requests.

Act as deputy Head of Cross Border for Private Clients, overseeing cross-border risk management, maintaining 1st line controls, designing controls and monitoring tools, coordinating governance, handling stakeholder queries and audits, and driving process standardization and strategic projects to ensure regulatory alignment.

Process and control incoming/outgoing payments, manage account closures and mailboxes, handle reconciliations and BPO requests, process management fees, and contribute to IT projects to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payment operations.
