The role helps strengthen brand awareness, thought leadership, and audience engagement within a regulated financial-services environment.

Lead the governance, operational performance, compliance, and evolution of the bank’s unified communications ecosystem. Manage four UC engineers, oversee Microsoft Teams, Cisco telephony, SIP/SBC, recording, contact center, trading communications, event platforms, and monitoring services. Drive incident and risk management, service reliability, vendor coordination, roadmap execution, modernization, automation, transformation programs, audits, and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated financial environment.
