Lead and scale Lokalise's North America commercial organisation with full revenue ownership across new business, expansion, and retention. Coach and develop the commercial team, drive pipeline and partner-led motions, work directly on strategic deals, expand premium accounts, and provide market feedback to Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success while positioning AI-driven value propositions.

Lead product marketing for Lokalise: own positioning, messaging, GTM strategy and product launches. Build ICPs, buyer personas, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement assets. Manage analyst relations, partner with Product, Sales, Content and Brand, and report to the Marketing Lead to drive enterprise and mid-market adoption.
