Own product roadmap, define KPIs, drive discovery, build features that improve linguist/reviewer workflows, mentor PMs, and collaborate with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver measurable customer impact.

Own and scale the global partnerships function: define strategy, recruit and enable partners, build joint GTM motions, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, lead and develop a partnerships team, and champion partner programs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
