Own month-end close, balance sheet integrity, payroll accounting, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple global entities. Manage external accounting, payroll, and EOR providers; review payroll and ensure statutory compliance. Analyze operating expenses, support audits and statutory reporting, and lead automation and workflow-control improvements. The role requires multi-country payroll expertise, accounting ERP experience, advanced spreadsheet skills, and strong English communication.

Support the CEO and senior leadership team by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing executive travel, planning company and leadership offsites, tracking agendas and action items, and handling internal communications. The role requires proactive prioritization, sound judgment with confidential information, strong written communication, and the ability to manage changing priorities independently in a fast-paced remote technology company.

Lead and scale Lokalise's global partnerships function: define partner strategy, recruit and enable partners, build co-sell/co-marketing GTM motions, drive partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue, collaborate cross-functionally, and hire and coach a high-performing team. Represent the company at industry events and support integrations with product and technical teams.
