Lead and scale Lokalise's global partnerships function: define partner strategy, recruit and enable partners, build co-sell/co-marketing GTM motions, drive partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue, collaborate cross-functionally, and hire and coach a high-performing team. Represent the company at industry events and support integrations with product and technical teams.

Lead analytics strategy and partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product to design, automate, and maintain metrics, dashboards, and analyses. Ensure data quality (dbt), build scalable analytics solutions, embed AI-driven and agentic workflows, and translate insights into actionable business outcomes to improve acquisition, retention, and growth.

Own and scale the global partnerships function: define strategy, recruit and enable partners, build joint GTM motions, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, lead and develop a partnerships team, and champion partner programs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
