Manage AWS funding programs from request submission through approval, reconciliation, and closeout. Coordinate with AWS, Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Engineering teams; track funding requests, validate documentation and compliance, prepare dashboards, support invoicing, mitigate clawback risk, and improve workflows. The role also documents processes and delivers training on funding-program procedures.

Own end-to-end HR operations for Western Europe, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, benefits, compliance, employee requests, salary administration, and vendor management. Run the Lisbon office, ensure local legal alignment, improve workflows and automation, and support employee experience programs. The role requires autonomous judgment, confidentiality, internal customer service, and collaboration with Finance and Legal in a globally distributed organization.

Supports data pipeline development, ETL, data integration, cleaning, visualization, and machine learning implementation using classical ML, deep learning, and foundation models. The intern will analyze model errors, assess data quality and distribution, track performance metrics, assist with client requirements, and collaborate with technical specialists. This is a six-month, full-time paid, fully remote internship for a final-year bachelor's student.
