Support recruitment by sourcing and screening candidates, maintaining the ATS and data dashboards, assisting senior recruiters with administrative tasks, managing recruiting initiatives, analyzing recruitment metrics and market compensation, and proposing process improvements.

Lead design, deployment, security and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (mainly AWS). Drive high-complexity projects, resolve critical technical issues, define technical strategy, recruit and develop engineering talent, mentor senior engineers, manage KPIs and client engagements, and ensure cross-functional collaboration and long-term maintainability.

Serve as the HR lead for Portugal and Western Europe, advising managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance and engagement. Drive regional and cross-regional HR initiatives, analyze HR metrics, lead investigations, support promotions and salary reviews, and standardize the employee experience across countries.
