Designs GNSS/PNT navigation signals, navigation message formats, simulation tools, and reference implementations for satellite systems. Develops signal-in-space specifications, message encoding, baseband/IQ generation, conformance tests, and golden-reference test vectors. Evaluates acquisition, tracking, bandwidth, synchronization, coding, and receiver performance trade-offs. Collaborates with navigation, timing, RF, FPGA, flight software, payload, and security teams to integrate and verify signal implementations.

Lead the development of onboard real-time beam control systems, integrating control software with mission requirements, while managing interfaces and conducting performance analyses.

Design and implement control plane software spanning SDN, ground systems, satellites, and terminals. Build scalable services and APIs for provisioning, configuration, automation, telemetry, and network operations. Address dynamic network conditions and integrate with cloud and on-premises platforms. Collaborate across data plane, platform, embedded systems, product, and quality teams while contributing to architecture, implementation, testing, debugging, and system integration.
