Owner of end-to-end People operations for a scaling satellite startup: run onboarding, lifecycle changes, benefits/PEO coordination, HRIS (Rippling) management, compliance, employee relations, performance cycles, and engagement initiatives to support growth past 100 employees.

Own day-to-day cross-functional execution, optimize workflows, remove operational bottlenecks, manage project cadences (QBRs, stand-ups), define and track non-financial operational KPIs, coordinate headcount and budget with People, and implement organization-wide initiatives.

Lead end-to-end design, integration, testing, and production scaling of ground terminals for LEO satellite connectivity. Own RF and baseband architecture, antenna integration, component selection, test facilities, cross-functional collaboration, documentation, risk management, and team building to deliver qualified terminal hardware into high-volume production.
