First legal hire responsible for building Logos Space's legal function: draft and negotiate complex commercial and government-facing contracts, manage legal due diligence for large fundraising rounds, establish contract templates and policies, advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance (spectrum, export controls, government procurement), and counsel cross-functional teams on IP and risk mitigation.

Lead design, vendor management, development, testing, and production readiness of mechanically gimbaled high-gain reflector RF antenna systems for space. Define system requirements, run trade studies, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage cost/schedule, and establish qualification/acceptance campaigns for space environments to meet standards such as MIL-STD-461 and SMC-S-016.

Lead design, development, qualification, and spaceflight of phased array RF payloads. Define system architecture, perform trade studies, manage vendors, oversee test and qualification (vibration, TVAC, radiation), control cost and schedule, and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams to deliver flight-ready electronically steered antenna systems.
