The Director of Integration and Test oversees system integration and testing for Logos Space, ensuring production readiness and quality while building teams and labs necessary for large-scale project execution.

The role involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of satellite-based network infrastructure focusing on routing frameworks and core routing management, in addition to team leadership and project management.

Lead end-to-end design, integration, testing, and production scaling of ground terminals for LEO satellite connectivity. Own RF and baseband architecture, antenna integration, component selection, test facilities, cross-functional collaboration, documentation, risk management, and team building to deliver qualified terminal hardware into high-volume production.
