Provides IT support across multiple sites by handling and documenting requests, onboarding users, configuring workstations, printers, and mobile devices, troubleshooting hardware, software, telecommunications, and access issues, maintaining equipment and software inventories, coordinating preventive and corrective interventions, enforcing IT security policies, and improving support processes.

Performs the full accounting cycle for multiple companies in real estate, hospitality, and construction. Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, monthly and intercompany billing, cash receipts, payroll entries, month-end and year-end close files, adjusting entries, financial statements, analyses, and management reporting. The role also serves as an accounting subject-matter resource and supports continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.
