Lead and coordinate automated testing standards and implementations across business units for a web microservices environment. Design unified test strategies, oversee test infrastructure and reporting, drive adoption of automated functional, regression, performance and load tests, mentor teams, and ensure consistent high-quality software delivery.

Develop, maintain, and support backend systems across the software lifecycle. Troubleshoot production issues, write APIs, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, draft technical documentation, work with CI/CD pipelines, monitor systems (Grafana), and participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for 24/7 support.

Design, develop, and optimise T‑SQL database solutions for high‑volume, business‑critical systems. Author and review stored procedures, functions, triggers and indexes; analyse execution plans and resolve performance bottlenecks. Support developers and DBAs, contribute to data modelling, retention policies, and production incident resolution while improving database development standards.
