The Director of FP&A leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, capital planning, reporting, scenario analysis, and strategic finance partnering. The role supports M&A due diligence and integration, sales compensation planning, investor and board reporting, and process automation. Responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders, monitoring KPIs, improving financial systems, and applying AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis and reporting.

Own customer-facing technical projects from sales handoff through closure, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Lead project governance, resolve issues, manage customer expectations, and develop recovery plans for at-risk projects. Mentor junior project management staff and improve PMO processes, tools, reporting, and delivery practices.
