Provides technical account management across presales and customer lifecycles. Collaborates with sales, engineering, and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, support sales targets, and maintain long-term customer relationships. This remote position requires 25% travel.

Recruit, enable, and manage technology solutions broker and telecom channel partners. Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, support complex managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity sales, provide training and sales resources, manage deal registrations and forecasts in Salesforce, conduct partner business reviews, and relay market feedback. The role requires strong channel relationships, technical and executive communication skills, and 30% travel, with travel potentially reaching 50%.

Drive new-logo acquisition and revenue growth for cybersecurity and managed services offerings. Generate and qualify prospects, conduct discovery, build pipeline, deliver proposals, forecast opportunities in Salesforce, and close new business. Partner with solution engineers, marketing, resellers, and executives to develop client solutions, manage sales pursuits, cross-sell services, attend industry events, and achieve quarterly and annual bookings targets. The role requires at least 25% travel.
