The QA Analyst will assess software quality through manual and automation testing, report bugs, and collaborate on test plans within an Agile team.

Support business analysis and testing activities under senior guidance: gather and document requirements, map processes, decompose requirements into Agile artifacts, assist testing and UAT, and help improve BA tools/workflows using Power Apps/Power Automate.

Responsible for gathering requirements, documentation, analysis, problem identification, UI mockup design, and providing project updates.
