Provide service desk, endpoint, remote workforce, and systems administration support for Microsoft 365, Intune, HubSpot CRM, and Five9. Manage user provisioning, permissions, patching, asset inventories, onboarding and offboarding. Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, device, contact center, and platform issues; own incidents through resolution. Develop documentation, improve support processes, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams in a hybrid, contact-center-focused environment.
