The Technical Business Analyst elicits and documents business, functional, UI/UX, data, system, and integration requirements. The role interprets REST API specifications, creates data mappings and acceptance criteria, supports Agile delivery and testing, validates user experiences and integrations, manages documentation, and facilitates alignment among business stakeholders, product owners, designers, developers, QA teams, and vendors. The position also supports user acceptance testing, training, process improvement, and software delivery initiatives.

Provide service desk, endpoint, remote workforce, and systems administration support for Microsoft 365, Intune, HubSpot CRM, and Five9. Manage user provisioning, permissions, patching, asset inventories, onboarding and offboarding. Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, device, contact center, and platform issues; own incidents through resolution. Develop documentation, improve support processes, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams in a hybrid, contact-center-focused environment.
