Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform solutions for a federal application. Responsibilities include CRM configuration, plugin and custom application development, Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, cloud migration, API integrations, SQL Server development, production support, requirements gathering, and Agile delivery. The role also leads technical solutions, collaborates with stakeholders, and supports modernization of enterprise applications.

Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Configure CRM entities, workflows, security, plugins, integrations, and automated business processes. Support application modernization, data migration, production troubleshooting, reporting, and system enhancements. Collaborate with federal stakeholders and technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments to gather requirements, document solutions, and deliver software improvements.

Provides senior technical subject matter expertise for EDI/XML systems supporting DLA logistics environments. Leads complex technical issue resolution, systems integration, architecture, network and security-related efforts, and executive-level project teams. Manages program activities, schedules, risks, staffing, administration, and performance requirements while supporting deployments and troubleshooting across DLA sites. Requires extensive IT/logistics project management experience, supervisory experience, Microsoft Project proficiency, certifications, and a Top Secret clearance.
