Provide administrative and operational support to the Dean and College leadership: manage faculty contracts and load tracking, coordinate course scheduling and academic cycles, maintain accreditation and program documentation, manage projects and calendars, prepare reports and presentations, handle confidential records, and support onboarding and hiring logistics.

Lead and scale a comprehensive university advancement operation to grow philanthropic revenue from ~$1M to $4M+ annually. Manage major and principal gift solicitations, build donor pipelines, develop campaign readiness for $25M+ efforts, strengthen CRM and stewardship systems, lead and expand the advancement team, and serve as primary liaison to the President, Board, volunteers, and external stakeholders. Travel extensively to cultivate and steward donors.
