Leads advancement services and annual giving, overseeing fundraising revenue, donor database administration, gift processing, compliance, reporting, prospect research, planned giving, and endowment records. Administers Raiser's Edge NXT, ensures data integrity and financial reconciliation, develops multichannel annual giving programs, manages vendors and staff, and provides performance analytics to university leadership and the Board.

Provides operational and analytical support for institutional research, including data cleaning, validation, pipeline maintenance, survey administration, course and faculty evaluation systems, compliance reporting, and accreditation evidence management. The role prepares datasets for reports, dashboards, and predictive models; monitors data integrity; analyzes survey results; maintains tracking logs; and collaborates with academic and administrative departments on data collection, assessment, and institutional planning.

Lead and scale a comprehensive university advancement operation to grow philanthropic revenue from ~$1M to $4M+ annually. Manage major and principal gift solicitations, build donor pipelines, develop campaign readiness for $25M+ efforts, strengthen CRM and stewardship systems, lead and expand the advancement team, and serve as primary liaison to the President, Board, volunteers, and external stakeholders. Travel extensively to cultivate and steward donors.
