Teams at Logan Property Management, Inc.

Supports the Community Manager with resident relations, leasing activities, property inspections, office administration, maintenance coordination, rent collection, delinquency management, financial reporting, and community events. Handles resident inquiries, tours, applications, lease documentation, records, correspondence, and policy enforcement while helping maintain property standards and financial performance.

Supports daily operations of a 133-unit affordable housing community, including resident relations, leasing, occupancy, renewals, maintenance coordination, inspections, rent collection, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with HUD and LIHTC requirements. The role also assists the Community Manager, participates in community events, maintains records, supports regulatory reporting, and serves as Acting Manager during the Community Manager’s absence.
