Define capability allocation, interfaces, and requirements; shape ground tools and customer integration; coordinate cross-functional teams; produce CONOPS/ICDs and architecture notes; ensure scalable, reusable solutions and guide cross-cutting technical decisions.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of scalable, secure hybrid-cloud infrastructure for satellite ground systems. Improve developer experience, automate CI/CD and IaC, own observability, troubleshoot reliability issues, and collaborate with developers and satellite operators to advance SatDevOps practices.

Own Orbitworks' social media presence: plan monthly content calendars, create on-brand copy and assets, publish and manage community, run and optimize paid social campaigns, track analytics, and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.

Lead brand design across digital and physical touchpoints, owning projects end-to-end. Evolve and apply Loft's brand system, produce assets for marketing, motion, video, web, events, and print, manage stakeholders and vendors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality creative work.

Serve as the technical lead for one or more small-satellite missions, coordinating payload integration, test, CONOPS and AIT, supporting program/product management, launch and in‑orbit activities, and interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure mission delivery.

Lead all contract lifecycle activities for complex, high-value procurements and customer agreements in the space industry. Develop templates, negotiation frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies. Negotiate supplier and customer contracts, align terms with engineering, supply chain, finance, and program teams, and protect IP, liability, and delivery risk. Provide commercial insights to leadership and ensure cross-functional compliance and enforceability of contract obligations.

Develop and maintain mission-specific ground software, configure and extend Loft's Cockpit for customers, implement features for physical and virtual missions, troubleshoot integrations and live mission issues, and participate in satellite operations and commissioning.

Lead German business development for Loft, building pipelines across government, defense primes, and commercial space. Negotiate partnerships, shape go-to-market and product roadmap, support RFPs, and represent Loft at industry events.

Define and own integrated system design for the Hub across ground, space, software, and hardware. Translate concepts into technical specifications, manage requirements/ICDs/CONOPS, lead trade studies and reviews, verify validation plans and tests, ensure modular interfaces and integration, and collaborate with product, hardware, software, and operations through development into production and operations.

Lead evaluation, negotiation, and management of sub-contracts with strategic suppliers. Oversee contract lifecycle, change control, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and compliance. Coordinate with internal teams to integrate program execution, systems engineering, and supplier development to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Lead Loft's EMEA commercial and institutional sales, build and execute multi-year BD strategies, influence RFPs, manage proposal development, negotiate and close high-value contracts, and represent Loft to government agencies and commercial partners across Europe.

Lead ADCS performance, define guidance and attitude control requirements, develop and validate guidance algorithms, coordinate with bus suppliers, support customers and on-orbit operations, diagnose and resolve ADCS anomalies, and build common guidance services across multiple spacecraft platforms.

Lead cross-functional operations to industrialize space-systems manufacturing: build processes, capacity models, and operational rhythms; coordinate AIT, QA, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, and Test; drive readiness, program execution, and continuous improvement for mid-volume, high-mix production.

Own program baseline, build and manage level 4-5 IMS, control cost/risk/ETC/EAC, run program reviews, manage suppliers and cross-functional teams, administer contracts and change control, and serve as primary customer execution interface.

Perform spacecraft-level structural analysis and testing, ensure fastener and component stress margins, apply force-limiting methodology, correlate FEA models to vibration test data, support mechanical trade studies, vendor selection, layouts, interface design, drawings, assembly and test, and review supplier and payload mechanical analysis. Provide or learn satellite thermal analysis as needed.
