The role requires substantial on-site production-floor work in Golden, Colorado.

Set up and configure electrical test stations and fixtures, integrate and operate electronic test equipment, execute and document test procedures, analyze data, troubleshoot failures, maintain/calibrate equipment, and support test process improvements and technician training.

Provide commercial insights to leadership and ensure cross-functional compliance and enforceability of contract obligations.

Lead assembly, integration, and testing of RF subsystems for spacecraft. Develop test plans, execute RF performance and environmental tests (thermal vacuum, vibration, EMI/EMC), troubleshoot hardware, analyze and report results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize RF system performance and ensure flight readiness.

Design, analyze, release, and maintain manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and GSE for satellite assembly and AIT. Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, SOPs, and training materials. Support production planning, manufacturing-readiness reviews, root-cause investigations, continuous improvement, cleanroom layouts, and industrialization to scale spacecraft manufacturing.

Lead Loft's EMEA commercial and institutional sales, build and execute multi-year BD strategies, influence RFPs, manage proposal development, negotiate and close high-value contracts, and represent Loft to government agencies and commercial partners across Europe.
