Teams at LOFT Community Services

Manages end-to-end procurement and vendor contract lifecycles, including sourcing, RFPs, evaluations, awards, renewals, amendments, terminations, and close-outs. Ensures compliance with LOFT policies, Ontario Broader Public Sector Procurement Directives, and funder requirements. Maintains procurement records, conducts audits, prepares reports, supports vendor communications, and trains staff on procurement practices. The role collaborates with Finance, programs, vendors, and other stakeholders in a hybrid Toronto-based environment.
